Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Disclaimer explains the purpose and limits of content and offerings provided by Alexandria Tava, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through alexandriatava.com. It applies to RECLAIM, the five-stage framework, digital guides and workbooks, the From Sound to Shaolin manifesto, Journal writings, newsletters, and related educational content.

1. Education, philosophy, and creative expression

Our content explores wellbeing, self-trust, boundaries, personal agency, leadership, and navigating change. It may draw on Alexandria Tava’s lived experience, training, independent study, professional practice, and creative work.

Personal experience and philosophical interpretation offer a perspective; they do not establish that every reader has the same needs, circumstances, or path. Spiritual and figurative language should not be understood as a scientific or medical finding unless a specific supported claim is clearly identified.

2. Professional scope and credentials

General website content and digital resources do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, legal representation, individualized investment advice, or other regulated professional services.

References to coaching, holistic practice, healing, spiritual guidance, certifications, or accreditation describe the particular training or approach identified. They do not by themselves establish licensure as a physician, psychologist, mental health clinician, attorney, or investment adviser. References to ongoing training or study do not mean a qualification has already been completed.

Consult an appropriately licensed or otherwise qualified professional for advice suited to your situation. Do not stop prescribed treatment, disregard professional advice, or delay seeking care because of website content or a resource.

3. The five-stage framework

Foundation, Disruption, Reconstruction, Integration, and Expansion form an educational structure created by Alexandria Tava to help readers reflect on change and consider possible next steps.

The framework is not presented as a clinically validated assessment, diagnosis, or treatment protocol. It does not determine your psychological condition, establish your readiness for an activity, or require that you pass through a fixed sequence. Stages can overlap, recur, or apply differently to different areas of life. Selecting a stage or resource is a personal choice, and purchasing a suggested product is optional.

Terms such as “healing,” “regulation,” “diagnostic clarity,” or “reconstruction,” when used in a philosophical or personal-growth context, are not claims that the framework diagnoses, treats, or cures a condition.

4. Reflection, safety, and personal choice

Use reflective exercises at a pace appropriate to your circumstances. You can skip, adapt, pause, or stop an exercise. If reflection brings up significant distress, seek appropriate support. If a resource includes a physical or breathing activity, follow its specific instructions and consider whether qualified guidance is appropriate for you.

Content about self-trust, boundaries, or responsibility does not assign blame for another person’s abuse or misconduct. It does not require forgiveness, reconciliation, confrontation, or remaining in an unsafe situation. Practical safety, material needs, access to resources, and professional support can matter alongside personal reflection.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise a particular emotional, health, relationship, career, financial, or other result from reading content, purchasing a product, or participating in an engagement.

“Peace of Mind Is the New Luxury” expresses our brand philosophy. It is not a promise that apparel or educational content will produce a medical, psychological, financial, or protective effect.

Testimonials and stories describe individual experiences and do not establish what another person will achieve. Any specific marketing claim must be supported on its own. This Disclaimer does not make an inaccurate or misleading claim acceptable.

6. Lived experience and public commentary

The manifesto, autobiographical writing, music, and personal commentary communicate Alexandria Tava’s experiences and perspective. Essays may include opinion, interpretation, and analysis alongside sourced information.

Personal or philosophical commentary is not an official legal determination or a professional diagnosis of people discussed. It should be read in context. Calling material an opinion does not remove responsibility for factual claims or another person’s legal rights.

7. Intuitive advisory work and external platforms

Where intuitive, psychic, mediumship, astrology, or similar guidance is offered or discussed, it consists of subjective interpretation. It does not establish another person’s private thoughts or conduct, prove facts, or predict future events with certainty. Do not make consequential health, safety, legal, or financial decisions solely on such guidance.

Services obtained through Keen or another external platform are subject to that platform’s applicable terms and the stated scope of the service. References to an external platform do not establish that it endorses our separate website or products. General website content does not establish an individualized advisory or coaching engagement.

8. Links, recommendations, and commercial connections

Third-party books, websites, retailers, services, and other resources are independently operated. Check their current information, suitability, terms, and privacy practices before using them.

Where a recommendation involves an affiliate commission, sponsorship, gifted product, or another material commercial connection, we disclose that connection clearly with the relevant content. A disclosure on this page does not replace a disclosure needed near a particular recommendation. References to brands, schools, public figures, or contests do not by themselves mean endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation.

9. Apparel and voluntary support

Apparel communicates the collection’s creative identity and message. Review the actual product description, size information, and care instructions. Editorial imagery and illustrative mockups must not be treated as independent promises of product characteristics; our descriptions and product representations remain subject to applicable consumer law.

Where voluntary support payments are offered, they help sustain a commercial LLC as described on the Support page. They are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions and do not guarantee a product, service, result, or editorial influence unless the offer expressly identifies a benefit.

10. Accuracy, intellectual property, and consumer rights

We aim to present accurate information, but content can become outdated or contain errors. Check important information against current, reliable sources. Contact us if you identify an error.

Our Terms of Use describe ownership, digital-resource licensing, and permitted uses of protected content. This Disclaimer does not grant permission to republish protected works or claim ownership of unprotectable ideas or methods.

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections, remedies for defective or misdescribed products, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not replace our responsibilities to fulfill orders, handle personal information lawfully, or provide truthful marketing.

11. Urgent support and contact

This website and its inquiry forms are not emergency or crisis-response services and may not be monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or mental health crisis support. Outside the United States, use an appropriate local crisis service.

For ordinary questions about content, products, or this Disclaimer, contact Alexandria Tava, LLC through our Contact page.

Read this page together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. A separately agreed professional engagement may have additional service-specific terms.
